About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Social Media & Community Growth Manager to lead the growth, engagement, and management of our online presence across multiple platforms. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media growth strategies, and community management.

 

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Growth & Engagement:

  • Manage and grow our presence on Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Create and schedule daily engaging content (both still & motion graphics).
  • Implement growth hacking techniques to maximize organic reach and community expansion.

Community Management:

  • Build and nurture active and engaging communities across all platforms.
  • Moderate discussions, address inquiries, and foster meaningful interactions.
  • Develop campaigns to increase participation and member retention in groups (WhatsApp & Telegram).

Advertising & Marketing:

  • Run and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business ads for conversions and brand visibility.
  • Leverage SEO strategies to enhance content discoverability.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation and marketing efficiency.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on insights and trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and community growth.
  • Strong knowledge of Telegram & WhatsApp group growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with SEO optimization & AI tools for content enhancement.
  • Growth hacking skills to scale platforms rapidly.
  • Expertise in Instagram & Facebook ad campaigns.
  • Ability to create engaging content (text, images, videos, and motion graphics).
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in growing and managing large online communities.
  • Track record of increasing brand engagement and conversions.
  • Understanding of the latest social media trends & algorithms.
