We’re seeking a Social Media Virtual Assistant to support content management, posting, and administrative tasks. This role combines traditional VA/EA responsibilities with social media management and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and post high-volume content (200–400 pieces daily) across multiple platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create and edit written content including captions, blog posts, and newsletters
- Support content creation with basic graphic design and formatting
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions
- Handle administrative tasks related to content and social media workflows
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent branding and messaging
Requirements
- Bilingual LATAM candidates only (English resume required)
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Assistant, or similar role
- Familiarity with major social media platforms
- Experience using scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite)
- Basic content creation and graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
- Knowledge of blog formatting and basic SEO best practices
- Ability to manage community engagement while keeping brand voice
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow content calendars
- Availability to work US hours with some weekend coverage
