The Role

As a Children’s Social Worker in our Assessment or Safeguarding Services, you will:

  • Manage a diverse caseload with children and families.
  • Undertake direct work and complete high-quality assessments within set timescales.
  • Make complex decisions, clearly identifying levels of risk and ensuring the safety and welfare of children and young people.
  • Use innovative social work interventions to minimise risk and improve outcomes.
  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with excellent communication and engagement skills.
