Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload within Assessment or Safeguarding Services
- Carry out direct work and complete high-quality assessments within agreed timescales
- Make complex decisions using evidence-based tools, critical reflection, and professional judgement
- Ensure the safety and welfare of children and young people
- Use innovative social work interventions to reduce risk and improve outcomes
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with children, families, and partners
