About the Role

Children are at the heart of everything we do within Cumberland Children and Family Wellbeing. We are looking for experienced Level 3 Social Workers to join our Support and Protect Service on a permanent basis.

As a Social Worker in this team, you will:

  • Complete statutory assessments
  • Lead Child in Need and Child Protection planning
  • Undertake court work
  • Deliver creative direct work to capture the voice and lived experience of children
  • Coordinate multi-agency support to empower families

DBS Requirement

This role requires:

  • Enhanced DBS check with Children’s Barred List check
  • Regulated activity with children
