Job Description
Are you an experienced Social Worker looking for your next opportunity? Gloucestershire County Council is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join our Hospital Discharge and Assessment Team based in the heart of Gloucester.
We’re passionate about transforming lives and delivering person-centred care. You’ll support individuals to lead independent lives, making the most of resources and providing choice and control over the services they receive.
This is a full-time permanent role with excellent relocation support of up to £8,000 for eligible candidates.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Adult Social Worker role
- Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
- Currently living and working in the UK
- Skilled Worker Visa holders welcome
- Ability to work fluently in spoken English
- Enhanced Adults DBS with Barred List check required
