Role Purpose
Use data and analytics to create insights that improve the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance of Bellrock’s supply chain. You’ll gather, organise, and analyse data from across the business to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and clients through collaboration and trust.
- Track, review, and report supplier performance, identifying issues, trends, and opportunities for operational, commercial, and ESG improvements.
- Track and report savings and volume-based discounts; lead quarterly reporting.
- Develop data systems as part of the Group-Wide ProcureX strategy to position Bellrock as the “Amazon of the property market.”
- Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports for senior stakeholders, including the monthly Procurement & Supply Chain Group ELT report.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Degree (preferred).
- Procurement or supplier management experience, ideally in property, construction, engineering, or services.
- Strong data management and reporting skills (Microsoft products).
- Resilient, self-managing, and highly motivated.
- Creative, critical thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and results-driven.
Working Arrangements
- Remote with site visits as needed.
- Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00, with a 1-hour lunch.
