Westmorland and Furness Council is seeking dedicated Community Support Workers to join our Supported Living services in Ulverston and Barrow.
About the Role
As a Community Support Worker (Carer, Care Worker, Care Assistant), you will:
- Build strong relationships with individuals
- Provide emotional and physical care
- Assist with personal care and medication
- Support people to develop life skills and independence
- Follow shift patterns including earlies, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
1 x 32-hour per week position available
Rotas based on a 2-week cycle
May include sleep-in duties
