Job Description
Infinity Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need — ensuring their dignity, comfort, and independence in a safe and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with meal preparation and dietary needs
- Administer medication following prescribed safety guidelines
- Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments and social activities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in client homes
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Document care activities and report changes in client conditions
- Participate in ongoing training including first aid and care techniques
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in senior or home care (highly desirable)
- Familiarity with meal prep and dietary requirements
- Experience with medication administration (advantageous)
- Valid UK driving licence and access to own transport — essential
