Overview
Creative Support is looking for Support Workers who are approachable, warm, and committed to empowering adults with mental health needs at our South Manchester service.
You’ll help service users develop their independence, sustain tenancies, and achieve personal goals through one-to-one support, life skills coaching, and collaborative care planning.
This role offers the opportunity to build a meaningful career in mental health, supported by comprehensive training, supervision, and a dedicated team.
What You’ll Do
- Support service users to develop independent living skills
- Help them sustain tenancies and manage daily living tasks
- Create and implement personalised support plans
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a professional team
Requirements
- Experience in mental health support is desirable but not essential
- A positive, compassionate, and proactive approach is key
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
