Pay Rates by Qualification:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care: £13.81 per hour
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care: £14.64 per hour
Overview
We are looking for caring, dedicated, and motivated individuals to join our team at Langfield Care Home as a Specialist Support Worker (Nights). This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting people with dementia and mental health needs through a person-centred, compassionate approach.
If you have NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care and at least 6 months’ experience in a dementia care environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Providing dignified personal care and supporting residents with daily routines
- Building warm, meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Encouraging independence and engagement in leisure and wellbeing activities
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Following care plans and contributing to ongoing assessments
- Completing relevant training, including specialised dementia training
