Job Description
We are looking for Support Workers who are passionate about person-centred care and empowering individuals to live independently. You will support service users with daily activities, community involvement, and personal care.
Note: A UK driving license is preferred due to rural locations, but not essential.
Role
- Supporting day trips and social activities
- Assisting with hobbies like arts, crafts, and gardening
- Helping with shopping and meal preparation
- Supporting appointments and community engagement
- Providing personal care
- Participating in sports activities (e.g., football, rugby)
Shift times vary and may include sleep cover.
