Overview
Careful Care Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. You will be providing high-quality care and assistance to individuals, including those with disabilities, the elderly, and those requiring support in their daily lives.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Support with meal preparation and nutritional needs.
- Assist with medication management.
- Carry out light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and care provided.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or assisted living preferred (training can be provided).
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients.
- First Aid certification is desirable.
- Valid driving licence and own motorised vehicle with insurance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
