Overview
Autism Initiatives is recruiting Support Workers to join our Housing Support Services across Granton and Leith. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants.
While experience is beneficial, it’s not essential. What matters is a genuine passion for supporting autistic individuals, a positive attitude, and a desire to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do
As a Support Worker, you’ll help individuals live meaningful, independent lives by promoting their well-being, supporting daily activities, and encouraging confidence and autonomy.
Important Requirements
- Must register with the PVG Scheme
- Must register with SSSC or equivalent
- No visa sponsorship available — applicants must already have the right to work in the UK
