Hours: Full-Time, Part-Time, Bank
Shifts: 12-hour days/nights, or 4–6 hour shifts (24/7 service – flexible timings)
Job Description
As a Support Worker, you’ll work with adults with a range of needs, including:
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Mental health challenges
- Physical disabilities
You’ll support individuals to live fulfilling lives in their own homes and communities with a person-centred approach.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with daily tasks (cooking, cleaning, budgeting, personal care)
- Supporting fun activities (swimming, shopping, crafts, outings)
- Promoting independence and self-confidence
- Maintaining relationships with loved ones
- Supporting with appointments and medication
- Ensuring wellbeing and safety
What We’re Looking For
We welcome both experienced carers and those new to the field. For some roles, 6+ months of care experience is needed — for others, full training will be provided.
