We are seeking an experienced Systems Programme Director to lead the delivery of major international projects in Asia. The successful candidate will manage large-scale infrastructure development including data centres, control rooms, communication towers, civil engineering projects, and installation of advanced electrical and communication systems.
This is a high-impact role where you will oversee multiple contractors, coordinate logistics, and ensure successful project delivery while working closely with international partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage end customers and in-country partners (ICP) to drive project delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to SRT systems delivery methods, providing training and ongoing support.
- Maintain a holistic project implementation approach to meet contractual requirements and customer satisfaction.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project plans and budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction, installation, and commissioning.
- Arrange and deliver customer and partner training.
- Provide clear project status updates, identifying risks and issues to SRT management.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Systems Programme Director for multi-site IT/communication infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in civil engineering and construction project management.
- Experience in facilities installation and international fit-out projects.
- Previous working experience in Asia or the Middle East.
- Engineering and/or IT networking background with ability to interpret technical system drawings.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Willingness to travel globally and be based primarily in-country (Jakarta).
- Hands-on approach to supporting site operations, troubleshooting, and project organisation.
