Location: Bakkavor Meals London – Park Royal (Cumberland site)
Salary: £27,500–£28,875 per annum (based on experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Contract: Permanent | Fully Site-based

What We Do
This role is based at our Meals site in Park Royal, West London, which consists of 3 factories and 1 distribution centre. The site produces chilled ready meals, houmous dips, deli products, and savoury accompaniments, employing over 2,000 people.
Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Technical team as a Technical Administrator.
Key Duties:
- Enter complaints information onto the Access database; run queries and analyse data.
- Investigate complaints, record findings, and compile response reports.
- Prepare business reports for internal and external use, ensuring timely submissions.
- Ensure internal audits are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Support customer audits and visits, leading in areas of expertise.
- Coordinate calibration of equipment with approved suppliers.
- Review, verify, and log calibration certificates to ensure compliance.
- Maintain the centralised calibration schedule across sites.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- The ability to analyse information and report accurately
- Proficiency in IT systems (Word, Excel, Access, Insight, PowerPoint)
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
