Join Cambridge University Press & Assessment as a Technical Product Manager in our AI Centre of Excellence. Lead the creation of innovative AI products that deliver real value to learners and educators worldwide — and help shape the future of AI in education.
This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Cambridge, with 2–3 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Centre of Excellence (COE) technical team to deliver impactful AI solutions.
- Own the full product lifecycle — from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define vision, outcomes, and success metrics.
- Coach and mentor Product Managers across the organisation to align and accelerate AI roadmaps.
- Drive the delivery of scalable, responsible AI products that enable transformation in education.
- Influence and contribute to the wider AI strategy at CUP&A.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- 5+ years’ experience in product management or an equivalent technical leadership role.
- Proven experience working in cross-functional, agile product teams.
- Strong discovery skills (interviews, prototyping, data analysis).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their practical application.
- A collaborative, strategic, and coaching mindset.
