Technology Assistant (Remote, Part-Time)

Pay: $20 – $23/hour
Schedule: Flexible, part-time

Job Purpose
The Technology Assistant provides back-up support on various technology and administrative tasks. This includes recurring checks on current systems, miscellaneous tech support, and occasional customer service and upselling opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Equine background (preferred)
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and resourceful
- Able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Most tasks can be completed flexibly at any time of day.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Operations with daily tasks as needed
- Learn the company’s horse training process
- Understand company products, services, and delivery model to assist clients
- Respond to emails and direct customers to the right team member
- Provide tech support to team members and clients
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience with horses and equine terminology (recommended)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn new programs quickly
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and social media scheduling
- Familiarity with Zapier, ClickFunnels, Hubspot (desired)
- Basic video editing skills
- Organizational and collaboration skills
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Equine experience: 3 years (Recommended)
- Technology-related experience: 2+ years (Required)
- Social media management: 2+ years (Recommended)
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable working at a desk on a computer for extended periods
- Must have personal laptop or computer with internet and webcam
- Ability to make and receive phone calls
