Overview
Paying £12.21 p/hr – Our client based in Rossendale is seeking a local and experienced Data Entry Assistant / Administrator for a temporary office-based role expected to last 2–3 months.
Start Date: Monday, 2nd June 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm
Type: Temporary, full-time
Availability: Immediate starters only
The Role
As a Data Entry Assistant, you will support internal teams by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all data processing tasks. You will handle sensitive information, update records, and maintain consistency throughout the data entry process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy
- Handle confidential information securely
- Communicate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Organise digital files and track progress
- Identify and correct data discrepancies
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong MS Office IT skills
- Works methodically with great attention to detail
- Maintains a professional and approachable demeanour
- Can work independently and manage their workload
- Possesses excellent problem-solving abilities
- Is available immediately and able to work in the UK without sponsorship
