Job Description
SKILLTIK LTD is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training & Sales Supervisor to join our growing team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional ready to advance their career with a reputable company offering Tier 2 visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead training and development for the sales team
- Design and implement sales strategies and training programs
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs are met
- Conduct regular coaching and training sessions
- Collaborate with senior management on forecasting and reporting
- Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and team training (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes and customer service
- Eligibility for a Tier 2 Skilled Worker Visa (sponsorship available)
