Job Description
SKILLTIK LTD is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training & Sales Supervisor to join our growing team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional looking to advance their career with a reputable company offering Tier 2 visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the training and development of sales staff
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and training programs
- Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure KPIs are met
- Conduct regular training sessions and one-on-one coaching
- Coordinate with senior management on sales forecasting and reporting
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and training, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Eligible to apply for a Tier 2 Skilled Worker Visa (sponsorship will be provided)
