Overview
Capco is seeking Business Analysts and Project Managers to join its FRRF practice, focusing on trade and transaction reporting transformation. You will support global financial institutions in delivering reporting programmes across multiple regimes such as EMIR Refit, MiFIR, SFTR, and CFTC, helping enhance transparency, operational control, and compliance readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, design, and delivery of global reporting change initiatives.
- Translate regulatory obligations into business, functional, and data requirements.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Technology, and vendors to embed control frameworks.
- Manage implementation across multiple regimes (EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, CFTC, MAS, etc.).
- Provide governance and oversight for traceability, data lineage, and remediation activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering transaction reporting change as a Business Analyst or Project Manager within financial services.
- Practical knowledge of at least one regulatory reporting regime (e.g., EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, HKMA).
- Experience defining requirements, use cases, and test scenarios.
- Understanding of trade lifecycle flows across Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.
- Knowledge of reporting controls, reconciliations, and exception management processes.
Bonus Skills
- Hands-on experience with EMIR Refit or MiFIR implementations.
- Familiarity with reporting vendor tools such as DTCC, UnaVista, Kaizen, or SteelEye.
- Experience documenting data lineage, schemas, and reporting logic.
- Exposure to Agile delivery using JIRA and Confluence.
- Prior consulting experience or involvement in cross-jurisdictional change projects.
