About the Treasury Team
Group Treasury manages the Bank’s liquidity, funding, capital and financial resources in line with regulatory requirements and risk appetite. The team partners across the Bank to balance liquidity and capital while creating long-term value.
About the Internship Programme
This 10-week summer internship offers structured learning and hands-on exposure within a global organisation. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects and develop technical and soft skills that support your future career. Many interns transition into full-time graduate roles.

What You’ll Experience
You will join the Treasury Markets team, supporting strategy development for optimising the Bank’s balance sheet and liquidity in line with global objectives.
