Job description

As an Usher / Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting court operations, ensuring hearings run smoothly and providing excellent customer service to court users, the judiciary, and legal representatives.

You will prepare hearing rooms, assist vulnerable witnesses, complete documentation, and carry out general clerical tasks. This is a public-facing role where professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail are essential.
