Lift Tec Academy is looking for a creative, high-energy Videographer & Video Editor to join our team on a freelance or in-house basis. We’re a fast-growing crane operator training school with centres across the UK, and we’re building a high-impact YouTube presence to match.
We want someone who can bring a modern, fast-paced YouTube editing style — think Alex Hormozi or Iman Gadzhi — packed with:
- Movement and energy
- Bold captions and on-screen text
- Slick transitions and punchy zooms
- Storytelling that keeps viewers hooked
- Motion graphics and tight cuts for maximum engagement

- Ideally based in or near Central London to work with us in person (near King’s Cross) during onboarding
- After onboarding, remote or hybrid work options are available
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Brings a creative, modern approach to video production
- Has strong technical skills in editing and motion graphics
- Is reliable, self-motivated, and committed to producing standout work
