Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the owner/CEO of Indigo Maiden. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication with customers, and researching customer data. This is a part-time contract role with the potential to grow into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and edit customer outreach communication for accuracy.
- Research and compile key prospect information from information provided.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other essential business documentation to support operational consistency and efficiency.
- Support miscellaneous administrative tasks as they arise, adapting to the evolving needs of the business.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Experience with Airtable is highly preferred.
- Background in B2B e-commerce and familiarity with researching business details is highly preferred.
Position Details:
- Hours: 5-10 hours per week
- Employment Type: Contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
- Location: Hybrid preferred (majority remote). Fully remote candidates are also welcome to apply.
- Contract: Will start with a 3 month contract, at which point we’ll both evaluate the need/desire to renew contract, part ways, or transition to permanent.
