Overview
RecruitzAgency.ai is seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant with experience supporting virtual operations and digital workflows. This role focuses on administrative support, customer communication, and coordination using Google Veo and Google Workspace tools. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across teams in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendars using Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
- Provide professional customer support via multi-line phone systems
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital filing systems
- Handle virtual front desk duties, including client communication and correspondence
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks (invoicing, expenses, records)
- Proofread documents and communications for accuracy and clarity
- Organize documents, workflows, and remote office tasks efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
- Clerical experience (data entry, filing, proofreading) required
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience as a personal, medical, or dental receptionist is an advantage
