Overview

Protosva is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to multitask efficiently while maintaining excellent communication standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support including calendar management and appointment scheduling, handle customer inquiries and deliver excellent customer service, perform accurate data entry and maintain records, assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting using QuickBooks, maintain organized filing systems for easy document retrieval, proofread documents for clarity and accuracy, create and manage documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, operate multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, support front desk operations including managing communications, and collaborate with team members to improve workflows and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong typing skills, excellent time management and multitasking abilities, experience with spreadsheet charts, proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace, strong organizational and clerical skills, high attention to detail in data entry and documentation, excellent customer support and communication skills, bilingual skills are a plus, experience as a personal assistant is beneficial, and previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is an advantage.
