Sencell Media is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Virtual Client Advisor (Entry Level) to join its remote team. The position is fully remote and includes comprehensive training to support your success.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients via phone, chat, and email to provide excellent customer support
Assist clients with product and service information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients and promote additional services
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems
Process transactions when required, ensuring accuracy and security
Use Microsoft Office tools to document interactions and prepare reports
Maintain professional phone etiquette and clear communication
Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
Qualifications
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual ability is a plus
Customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
Good typing and data entry skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
