Overview
Restaurant Concepts Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Virtual Client Advisor to join our remote team. This role involves delivering exceptional client support across multiple communication channels while ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, solid computer proficiency, and prior experience in customer service or call center environments. Multilingual or bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Assist clients with account management, data entry, and transaction processing, including cash handling when required
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients and promote additional services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records using CRM systems
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Analyze client needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently
- Support client onboarding and troubleshoot technical or service-related concerns
- Adhere to company policies while delivering consistent, high-quality support
Qualifications
- Proven experience in call center, customer support, or client services roles
- Sales experience is a plus
- Strong English communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer operations
- Fast typing speed with high data entry accuracy
- Knowledge of outbound calling techniques and call center operations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience with CRM systems is advantageous
