We manage a live music/event platform with a global presence. We are looking for a highly organised admin assistant who will work closely with the executive team, ensuring the smooth day to day operations of the team. You are expected to be highly organised and have a strong understanding of google workspace products such as google sheets, google mail etc.
Candidates are expected to have great communication skills, have great writing grammar and be able to think fast on the spot. Candidates should be hard working and have brilliant situational reasoning.
Mini Qualification: Degree
Experience level: High
Experience length: 3 Years
Job Responsibilites:
- Communicating with suppliers concerning the purchase of commodities, equipment, and services
- Managing emails
- Ensure team calendar is up to date and proper
- Schedule meetings
- Occasional basic data entry
- Work across Notion, Google Workspace (sheets and gmail)
