Responsibilities
- Attend to inbound calls professionally
- Make outbound calls when requested
- Input clear and accurate summary notes for each call
- Communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse audiences via phone and email
- Answer inquiries efficiently
- Handle call transfers and call screening
- Qualify leads and take messages
- Schedule appointments and register event attendees
- Process orders and complete additional tasks as needed
- Ensure first-call resolution through effective problem-solving
- Represent 24H Virtual and its clients professionally
- Work respectfully with team members in a virtual environment
- Learn and grasp materials quickly
Experience & Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Call-handling experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail
- Highly reliable and able to self-manage tasks
- Proficient in basic computer and PC skills
- Positive attitude and professional mindset
Technical Requirements
- High-speed internet connection
- Noise-canceling headset
- Laptop with a compatible operating system (Chromebooks not accepted)
- Second screen or monitor
