As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Voice of Customer (VoC) – Product Program Manager to strengthen the bridge between customer feedback and product decision-making.
The Role
You’ll own and scale the Voice of Customer program, ensuring customer insights directly influence product strategy and execution. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and R&D leadership, you’ll turn feedback into clear, actionable insights that shape roadmaps and priorities.
This role is ideal for someone who wants strong exposure to product and R&D decision-making, with clear growth pathways into product-focused roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage VoC operations across all feedback channels
- Triage, prioritise, and escalate customer feedback
- Translate qualitative feedback into themes and insights
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and R&D teams
- Use AI and automation to streamline analysis and workflows
- Advocate for the customer voice across the organisation
- Maintain VoC metrics and communicate impact
- Continuously improve VoC tools and processes
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in product, customer insights, customer success, or product ops
- Strong ability to synthesise customer feedback into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident influencing cross-functional teams in a remote environment
- High ownership, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using AI tools for analysis and automation
- SaaS or developer-focused experience is a plus
