Overview
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Server to join our restaurant team in Sunderland. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences to every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and care for guests throughout their dining experience
- Manage your assigned section and remain attentive at all times
- Work closely with bar staff, hosts, food runners, and kitchen teams
- Deliver exceptional customer service with high attention to detail
- Ensure guests leave with a positive and memorable experience
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ restaurant experience (required)
- Strong customer service and serving skills
- Friendly, professional, and charismatic personality
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
