Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Setup & Operations
- Oversee warehouse layout, equipment procurement, and system configuration
- Ensure compliance and efficient inventory management
- Develop operational standards for storage, picking, packing, and shipping
2. Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff
- Provide ERP/system training to ensure operational proficiency
3. System & Supply Chain Optimization
- Leverage WMS/ERP systems to streamline processes
- Coordinate with HQ and logistics partners for seamless operations
4. Cost & Performance Control
- Monitor warehouse costs and improve operational efficiency
- Establish and track KPIs to meet industry standards
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse/e-commerce operations with knowledge of UK logistics
- Proven track record in warehouse setup (SOPs, equipment, etc.)
- Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems (e-commerce logistics preferred)
- Strong team leadership and cross-functional communication skills
- Fluent English (for local stakeholder coordination)
- Data analysis skills for operational optimization
- Mandarin speaking is a plus
