Best Food Logistics operates the UK’s only flexible multi-temperature, shared customer delivery logistics network. The team buys, warehouses, picks, and distributes products to some of the nation’s best-loved food and drink brands daily.
They are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using voice technology
- Checking product quality, shelf life, and packaging integrity
- Assembling and stacking products to the highest standards
- Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Hygiene compliance
- Supporting operational KPIs and corporate goals
- Following clean-as-you-go principles
- Cooperating with other departments to maximise efficiency
- Maintaining professionalism at all times
- Assisting with audit compliance
- Undertaking additional duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse (preferred)
- Ability to work a 5-day rolling rota, including weekends and Bank/Public Holidays
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety policies
- Willingness to wear and use appropriate PPE
- Must be 18+ (warehouse role requirement)
