Overview
Net World Sports is seeking Warehouse Picking Operatives to join its fast-paced warehouse team in Wrexham. This role is vital to daily operations and offers clear opportunities for skills development and career progression within the company.
You will work in a modern 411,000 sq. ft warehouse using advanced systems to ensure accurate and efficient order picking.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick orders using state-of-the-art warehouse systems
- Maintain high performance levels and consistently meet targets
- Support additional warehouse duties as required
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures
- Keep the working environment safe, clean, and organised
Person Specification
- High standard of work with strong attention to detail
- Physically fit (role involves extensive walking and lifting heavy items)
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Computer literate and comfortable using warehouse systems
- Willingness to learn, develop, and progress within the company
Shift Pattern & Salary
4 On / 4 Off Shift Pattern
- 12-hour shifts
- Monday–Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Average of 182.5 shifts per year
Salary
- Base salary: £24,550 per year
- Performance-based bonuses up to £6,000 per year
- Maximum potential earnings: £30,550 per year
