Job Summary
Join our dedicated team at the Posture and Mobility Centre, where your role as a Warehouse / Stores Operative will support the delivery of vital mobility equipment, helping people maintain their independence. You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment focused on receiving deliveries, stock control, order picking, and liaising with clinical and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and check deliveries
- Manage and control stock
- Prepare equipment runs for engineers, drivers, and clinicians
- Update databases (BEST and Oracle)
- Handle returned equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform basic administrative tasks
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience in a customer care environment
- Effective communication and attention to detail
- Basic IT literacy
- GCSEs (Grade A*-C) in Maths and English
- Manual handling awareness
- Ability to prioritise and work in a team
Desirable:
- Warehouse or NHS experience
- Familiarity with Oracle and Microsoft Office
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration
- Ability to speak Welsh
