Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented SharePoint and Web Developer to support program management, knowledge management, and administrative functions. This role ensures effective program execution, documentation, reporting, and collaboration aligned with TSA standards and federal requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide backend development for SharePoint sites, web applications, and TSA.gov.
- Deliver frontend design, build, and development for SharePoint pages and web applications.
- Maintain TSA News app content and Drupal CMS updates.
- Support digital signage content for TSA’s HQ facility, including SOP maintenance and timely document uploads.
- Provide timely web development/code updates to program offices as needed.
- Configure, support, and maintain web collaboration tools.
- Develop applications according to specifications.
- Monitor application performance and user feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with MS SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power BI, and Drupal (preferred).
- Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and digital signage tools (AEM, MagicInfo).
- Knowledge of Section 508 compliance (preferred).
- Experience in program support, knowledge management, or work within regulated/government environments.
- Awareness of UI/UX principles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior TSA experience (preferred).
