Location: South Manchester
Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week (Permanent)
Shift Pattern: 8pm–12am, sleep on project, 7am–8am (rolling rota)
Salary: £25,397 per annum (pro rata)

We’re an established provider in Manchester supporting vulnerable women aged 18–65 with intensive and complex support needs. Our mission is to create a safe, empowering environment that encourages independence and brighter futures.
Your Role
- Act as the first point of contact for residents during the night.
- Implement personalised safety plans and ensure property safety.
- Keep accurate records of activities and behaviours.
- Contribute to SMART action plans for resident progress.
- De-escalate challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Report incidents, maintenance issues, and emergency needs promptly.
- Maintain clean, safe accommodation and enforce visitor policies.
- Support residents in accessing emergency healthcare overnight.
